1. Excessive intake of fried foods: People nowadays tend to have an excessive intake of cholesterol, especially fried foods, which may increase the cholesterol concentration in the bile found in the gallbladder. The high cholesterol concentration in the gallbladder increases the formation of crystals. As time prolonged, these crystals will then develop into gallstones.
2. Absence of breakfast or irregular diet: When the bile acid remains in the gallbladder for a long time and becomes viscous, the crystals formed tend to stick to the gallbladder wall.
