3 warnings on heart failure
1. Easily to get tired: It refers to the unconsciousness of wanting to sleep during resting state. For example, easy to fall asleep while watching TV but only light sleep; or fall asleep unconsciously when it is not the time to sleep.
2. Hard to breathe after slightly exercise: You may feel tired and hard to breathe when the function of the heart gets worse. 3. Edema: Edema becomes severe if accompanied with heart failure. For example, the shoes are one size bigger; the skin will sag when pressed and will not rebound; body weight become inexplicably heavier, for the severe cases, the body weight may increase by 10 or 15kg.
